How to get your mail from us

How can I configure my Internet Mail for Cyberstation?

Skip the first step if you are configuring Microsoft Outlook
Click on "mail" located at the top ,then select "options" from the list that drops down.
The first field is for your name e.g.(Joe Smith)
The next field will be for your email address e.g.(matchbox@cst.net)
Once you have typed in your email address ,click the "servers" tab at the top.
Next to Outgoing server ,type "mail.cst.net" (lower case, no spaces)
Next to Incoming server ,type "mail.cst.net" (lower case, no spaces)
Just below incoming/outgoing servers you will see "my mail server is a POP3 server" This should say POP3 and not IMAP
Next you want click on "log on using" this will open the fields "Account name" and "Password".
Next to Account name type in your user name e.g.(matchbox),next to password you want to type in the password that goes with the account.
Next click the "connection" tab at the top. Then click once on "Connect using my phone line"
Under "select dialup connection" click on "Cyberstation".
Once you have checked and made sure that all the information is correct click the "OK" button located at the bottom of the window and you are now ready to send and receive email.

How can I configure my Outlook Express for Cyberstation?

Locate the Tools menu
Choose Accounts
Remove any mail boxes already therein by highlighting and pressing [REMOVE]
Click the [ADD] button and select [Mail]
In the "Display Name" area, type your first name. Press the [Next] button.
In the next window, type your E-mail address in the "E-mail address" field and press the [Next] button.
In both the "Incoming Mail" and the "Outgoing mail" servers type mail.cst.net, and press the [Next] button.
Type your password in the 'Password' field, then press the [Next] button.
Leave the default value for "Internet Mail Account Name" and press the [Next] button.
Click on the little dot beside "I connect to the Internet using my phone line" and press the [Next] button.
Press the [Next] once more.
Press the [Finish] button.

How can I configure my Netscape Mail for Cyberstation?

Locate the options menu
Choose Mail and News Preferences
Click on the Composition tab
Make sure that the message type is set to MIME compliant
Click on the Identification tab
Type in the appropriate information
Click on the Servers tab
Type mail.cst.net as the address for both the incoming(POP3) and outgoing mail(SMTP)
Type in your user ID for the POP Acccout (this is the first half of your e-mail address)
Locate the news server
Type news.cst.net for the news server(NNTP)
Click on the organization tab
Click on the box for 'Remember Mail Password'
Click OK>

How can I configure my Eudora Mail for Cyberstation?

First open your Eudora program.Next click on "special" at the top of the screen.
Then click on "settings".
For the POP account ,you want to type in your email address e.g. bbob@cst.net
Under real name, type in your name e.g. Billy Bob.
Under "connection method" select "macTCP"
Now click "personal Information" located to the right
"POP account" and "Real name" should already be filled in.
Under "return address" you want to type in your username@cst.net e.g. bbob@cst.net.
Under "Dial up username" type in the name you use to sign on to the internet with e.g.bbob.
Now click on "Hosts" located to the right.
The POP account should already be filled in.
Next to SMTP ,type mail.cst.net (lower case).
Now click "Sending mail" Located to the right.
Under "SMTP Server" ,type mail.cst.net (lower case).
Your now ready to send and receive Cyberstation mail.
